SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs vary by carrier and destination:

  • US, Canada, Australia:

    • Orders under $500: Starts at $30 and up depending on weight.
  • Caribbean & EU:

    • Orders under $500: Starts at $30 and up depending on weight.
  • Hong Kong SAR China:

    • Orders under $500: Starts at $30 and up depending on weight.
  • Indonesia:

  • Rest of the World:

Note: All sale orders will include shipping costs; no free shipping applies to sales orders.

DUTIES

  • Customs or import duties may be charged upon parcel delivery. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility (applies to both retail and wholesale customers).
  • We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict the costs. Customs policies and import duties vary by country.

DELIVERY PROCESS

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • Orders will be delivered between 8 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.
  • If no authorized person is available to sign, the driver will leave a card, and the package will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect.
  • Verify that your delivery details are correct; we cannot redirect deliveries once dispatched. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a re-delivery fee will apply.

LOST GOODS

If your order is lost in transit or hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the tracking link in your confirmation email for updates.
  2. Verify the accuracy of your delivery information.
  3. Look for any notifications via text, email, or attempted delivery cards from our carriers.
  4. Check with authorized individuals if your parcel was received on your behalf.
  5. Inspect safe areas where couriers may have left your parcel (e.g., behind bins, in a shed, garage, or porch).

If you still cannot locate your parcel after these steps, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours and assist in locating your parcel. If it cannot be found, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost items that were signed for upon delivery and cannot offer replacements or refunds.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care Team within 5 business days of receiving your order for assistance.
